Really Simple Case Management

 

Really Simple Case Management allows you to record, monitor and prioritise customer support & service requests.

A traffic light system (green, amber, red) allows you to quickly identify and escalate Cases that need urgent attention, and a Ranking system allows you to automatically calculate which Cases should be prioritised.

Service Level Agreements

  • Set up Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and allocate each Customer an SLA
  • Each SLA can have multiple Case Levels with different desired response times
  • Define response times and rankings for each SLA/Case Level

Cases

  • Create new Cases and allocate them to Users
  • Record Activities against Cases
  • Close and Reopen Cases
  • Cases are automatically ranked based on SLAs, Case Levels and age
