Really Simple Systems Launches White Label Hosted CRM

Special commercial terms for Really Simple OEM support reseller subscription model

Really Simple Systems, the UK’s largest hosted CRM vendor, today announces general availability of their white label product, Really Simple OEM. This allows marketing, sales organisations and traditional CRM resellers to offer a market-leading hosted CRM system with their own branding.

Really Simple OEM allows resellers to offer a hosted customer relationship management (CRM) system under their own brand, with their own contact and support details, personalised domain and at their own commercial terms. 

As well as addressing the technical and legal aspects of reselling hosted CRM, Really Simple Systems has solved the commercial issues around reselling subscription services by billing the reseller monthly in arrears for usage, leaving the reseller free to set their own end user commercial terms, which are normally a year’s subscription in advance.

Really Simple OEM has been trialled by Ken Sturgeon Marketing Limited who have begun selling it to their customer base. Ken Sturgeon, managing director, said "We had been looking for a way of offering CRM to our client base for some time, but was not attracted by becoming yet another reseller for a branded commodity product. Really Simple OEM allows us to offer our customers all the advantages of a hosted system without having to maintain the system ourselves, yet retain the relationship with our customers."

We expect most of the early take up to come from the latter, as traditional CRM resellers are still in denial as to the virtues of hosted CRM, despite customer demand."
