In January we ran a survey to see what people's attitudes were to SaaS (Software as a Service) applications, and whether their opinions had been modified by the current economy. Not unsuprisingly, the 83% reported that SaaS applications reduced IT overhead, and 58% said that confidence in SaaS solutions had increased over the last year.
