Gartner predicts that hosted systems will dominate by 2010

In their latest report on the CRM industry, "Magic Quadrant for Sales Force Automation, 2007" the US firm of IT analyst Gartner Group predicts that "within three years the majority of new SFA (Sales Force Automation) deployments will be based on SaaS (Software as a Service)".  

There are many advantages of web based CRM systems, but the main ones are:

Gartner goes on to say that "we see a focus on simplicity as a theme to improve adoption among salespeople", something that is very close to our  hearts here at Really Simple Systems.
